Right from my first contact they were compassionate and understanding of my sad loss.
They were extremely helpful and patient throughout in both the King's Lynn and Downham Market offices.
Highly recommended.

Things were pretty well handled and they helped where they could as much as they could as this was my first time having to go through this process. Really the only downfall is that I was told three different prices. The first online one did not include the crematorium fee's, the second was higher than the actual price. The third one was between the two prices I had been told.

The reason I went with them was because they were a fair bit cheaper for the same package as another local funeral director but it turns out the other one was an all in price, so they work out about the same.
