Porters orchestrated a wonderful funeral for my brother.

The cortège was led by a beautiful black horse which Porters arranged.

The pallbearers were all dressed impeccably.  Porters showed the upmost respect to my brother and the mourners at all times.
The limousine and the hearse were immaculate.

The service was given by a minister which Porters arranged and again was very good. 

The follow up care calls were very much appreciated.

Dealing with Kayleigh at Porters on Bispham Road made the whole process easy and simple.I was kept well informed as to what was happening and anything else I had to do regarding certificates and forms.As someone who has never had to organise a funeral it felt very reassuring having a person like Kayliegh to assist me through it,and can't speak highly enough of her.

Mum chose her plan with cost and simplicity in mind. We as her family received the highest care despite the reasonable cost. Alex and Mike relieved much stress with clear and helpful info.
The wait was a long time before Mum was buried but that was explained clearly.

All arrangements were dealt with as required and their staff took the time to make sure we were happy with the plans at all stages. I recommend Porters/co-op to everybody. This has been a very traumatic time for my family as it was a sudden unexpected death. Kayleigh at porters went above and beyond for me and my family. I can’t thank her enough. She dealt with everything with sensitivity and compassion. Thank you so much Kayleigh. The funeral director Mike and his team I also can’t recommend them enough either. They looked after us through the whole thing. Even our neighbours commented on their respectful manner in directing the day. 
Thanks again for your care and how you treated us. We wouldn’t of known they had other funerals happening we felt like we were your priority as I’m sure every other client would say the same.

Excellent service and care on funeral day from the celebrant Brian and funeral director Mike both very caring in their approach.


The only negative was the booking of the funeral initially whereby the representative kept asking my husband for responses to questions when it was my mum who had passed away and he would not have known the answers. Very odd.
