I contacted Moisters following the death of my mother, who had a prepaid funeral plan with them ( which really helps at a sad time, knowing exactly what she wanted).
Chris and Sam were so helpful and caring, very professional and paid attention to the details and personal wishes of our family. They kept in touch regularly and answered all our questions.
Mike, who was in charge on the day of the funeral, helped make everything effortless, so we could concentrate on giving Mum the send off she so deserved. The bearers and the vehicles were impeccable.
We can't thank you enough and highly recommend.

I was treated by all the staff with compassion, and Alex was such a gentleman. Throughout our interview he took time to select the music and carefully planned everything to an excellent standard. He would be an asset to anyone's grief as he carried out the funeral from beginning to end, far beyond his duty. The body was presented to me in such a remarkable way, at the chapel of rest close to my home so I didn't have to travel. There really are no words to express. Alex introduced me to Rev. Martin Abrams who conducted the service with patience and holy thought. Wonderful,

Chris and Sam were incredibly easy to deal with at a time where we were very fragile having just lost our Dad/husband. They organised everything with minimal fuss, communicating clearly and effectively without bombarding us with information.

We felt confident that Dad was looked after with dignity and respect which was obviously something that was critical to us.

Mike was our funeral director and again he was kind and respectful as well as being very efficient at ensuring that we knew what to expect and in taking care of a few specific wishes we had regarding the arrangements.

We took up Moisters' suggestion for the celebrant for Dad's service (Brian Clarke) and he was really lovely, making us feel at ease immediately when he came to the house.

Moisters also organised the order of service - we went for a bespoke design and were really pleased with it (if that is the right word to use for such a thing).

Lastly, Moisters were really really helpful in ensuring that arrangements for seeing Dad and later collecting his ashes were made in a way that really fitted with us - we will always be grateful.

At such a sad time the service we have been given was absolutely brilliant on my first visit I spoke with Chris she looked after us so well,  Sam sorted a problem we had with great professionalsism and on the day of dads funeral Kayleigh was a star !    The ambulance staff who came for dad were so caring and made a bad time easier !

From the first meeting with Chris we felt safe Chris and Sam lead us gently through the arrangements eric was a proud man he was treated very well down to his shirt cuffs I will recommend them thank your men also they were wonderful
