Nothing was too much trouble running up to the day of the funeral and the day of the funeral. Even after the funeral we had a few questions and they where still as helpful.

My experiences of Brookfields Funeralcare and all their team members was exceptional. From the first contact and throughout the time planning and the funeral itself everyone was sensitive, caring and highly professional.

Our personal loss was complicated by a further loss during the planning stage and Brookfields went above and beyond to accommodate our difficult situation and to help us have the funeral we wanted, even when this meant changing plans and further arrangement’s at no extra cost and nothing was too much trouble.

Their personable and caring support made things easier at a time when things were incredibly difficult for us as a family and I can not thank them enough. They also made suggestions I would not have thought of and were really appreciated, making the day more special.

We were able to give our parents a beautiful funeral and the hard work was taken off our shoulders, which I will always be grateful for and I would recommend them so highly to anyone who is looking for the best for their loved ones.

Alan and his team were so supportive, paid full attention to our requests and made the whole event personal and extremely special.
Debbie, our celebrant fully grasped the concept of us wanting a celebration of mum’s life as we demonstrated mum’s humour and warmth.
Debbie embraced our agenda and helped the whole service to run to plan.
