Words cannot express how grateful we as a family are to DBFD who took care of my daughter Beckie, with professionalism, dignity, they looked after her like she was one of their own.
Wendy, was superb, very professional, yet her big warm heart shone through, i felt like we where friends chatting, she took care of everything for us, she took the stress and worry away from us, she took care if Beckie's 7 yr old daughter, while we spent precious time with Beckie, I will always be grateful to Wendy, who went above and beyond, and then some.
I met Joanne at a previous friend's funeral, and was struck by how professional she carried out her duties, she was very dignified, i thought she was wonderful, so when I went to see Wendy at Copy Lane, I asked if I could have the lovely girl with the red hair, to do Beckie's special day, I should not have been surprised when Wendy told me that Joanne was her daughter. I was lucky to get Joanne, who again just took charge,taking the stress from us, and conducting herself so beautifully, she even had Willow, Beckie's little girl walk with her, giving her a lovely role in her Mum's day.
The drivers of the cars also deserve a special mention, especially the driver of the our car, he was wonderful, they all where.
From the first telephone contact to the last contact, DBFD, mainly Wendy, the service was exemplary, they make the worst time in your life,that much more bearable, and I will say that they gave my daughter the most beautiful send off.
Just leaves me to say once again, a massive Thankyou to everyone who took care of Beckie, and us, but special thanks to Wendy and Joanne, what a team you two are, sending you best wishes and lots of love x

I could not praise Debbie Bennett funeral directors enough for the way they handled my mother's funeral. From the start and all the way through they were absolutely superb. They made a very difficult period so much easier.
Wendy at the Old Roan branch was amazing, nothing was too much trouble for her.
Everything was organised so efficiently. All the staff were so professional and sympathetic, they were all a credit to their profession.

The service we received was excellent from start to finish. We were comforted immediately and each time we visited we were looked after completely. Wendy put us at ease and made a difficult process moving ch more bearable. All of our wishes were met and accommodated. 
The funeral itself was managed exceptionally. All of the staff were approachable and friendly  they allowed time for us to speak to guests afterwards before we needed to go to the cemetery. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who needed to use the service.

Wow what a fantastic service we have received from start to finish. Wendy made us feel at ease from the moment we contacted the company she was lovely friendly, Knowledgeable open and honest. Joanne and Keith made the day so lovely they were kind and polite and even took us round Christopher’s favourite place Liverpool f c before heading to the crem. All of your staff are a credit to you Debbie, at one of the hardest times in our lives they made us comfortable, and look after us like we were one of your own thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping give Christopher the send off he deserved xxx

During this very difficult and awful time it was comforting to know that my partners funeral was being taken care of by some very caring and sensitive professionals. Debbie bennetts funeral directors at the old roan have an amazing pair of ladies called Wendy & Sue who every step of the way made this very challenging time a little easier to cope
with and a lot less stressful than it would have been.
From the start to the actually funeral it went as well as possible at this incredibly difficult time and followed our wishes to the letter making it a special day for our loved one.

From first contact with Wendy, the whole process was handled with dignity, respect & kindness. Even the smallest detail was no trouble, going above & beyond at every stage. The Chapel of Rest room, comforting in every detail, just perfect. The service was beautiful reflecting our mum. Every detail even down to mum’s favourite colour lilac, so touching & thoughtful that the funeral director & funeral bearers even wore lilac ties. After going with Debbie Bennett’s for my farther funeral almost a year ago mum wanted to go with them for hers and Wendy is an utter angel and patience off a saint she has guided us though every step off the way making sure my mum had the best send off honestly can not thank her enough or the team was such an amazing touch the little extras they do on the day from wearing mums favourite colour to Carl bowing his head showing so much respect before guiding  my mum on her final journey 
We recommend everyone about Debbie Bennett’s who make you feel like family honestly they make a dark time a little bit brighter xx
