Very sympathetic and professional service at all times by Julia the funeral company representative .
The only point I would like to hi light the celebrant only managed to get the info to be read out during the service  to my family 24 hrs before the funeral .  As there were a number of points to be corrected this led to a minor panic to get it back for the printing of the order of service.

From making first contact with the the Wallington office for my wife's funeral, through to making the arrangements for the service. Contact from the office prior to the service and arranging chapel visits and finally the service its self. From Julia in the office and the director, were simply superb. Their level of compassion was very much appreciated, given the trying circumstances that my family had found its self in. All I can say is a very big heart felt thank you.

We were very happy with the very caring service that we received from Julia and Dawn when arranging the funeral service for Geoffrey Hill. on 17th March 2022. Nothing was ttoo much trouble for them.
The only slight hiccup was that we wanted the committal hymn "closer My God to Thee" to be sung, because we felt it was very appropriate for the occasion,and instead just the music was played, which was a bit disappointing.
Apart fro this everything was excellent

Our funeral directors could not have been more caring and supportive to me and my family. 
From talking us through the type of funeral we wanted, to ensuring that viewing my mum in the chapel of rest was a positive and cathartic experience for my brother and my autistic son, to a kind and supportive team of undertakers at the funeral, we could not have been better supported. 
My late mum was a life-long supporter of the Co-operative movement and you did her proud.

I cannot praise Julia at the Wallington branch highly enough for the support, care and professionalism with which she helped me organise my father's funeral. She treated me with kindness and courtesy, made everything so smooth and easy so that I could focus on honouring my father in the most appropriate way, and on being with my family at this sad time. It contrasted strongly with my experience of organising the funeral for my mother, when I was required to use a different company. I will always recommend Julia and Co-op if anyone needs this service.
