Albins did the most incredible job in looking after our beautiful mum and wife, as well as us as a family. Their love, support and comfort towards us will never be forgotten and we will forever be so grateful for them. 
The funeral from the minute they arrived went perfectly and was so professional, yet with comfort and laughs between the family and albins.

We cannot express our gratitude for the amazing support we have had from Albin's in organising our dads funeral. Mickey Thorpe is just exceptional holding you up from start to finish with compassion, efficiency and kindness. Knowing that my dad was in the care of Mickey and his team, gave us all great comfort. When the cars and Mickeys team arrived to take us to Kemnal, it literally melted our hearts, when Mickey walked in front of the cars along with his team, immaculate, professional and so caring. Mickey guided us every step of the way with heart felt warmth and we gave my dad a send off that looked fit for a King due to the expertise and efficiency and help from Mickey and his amazing team. What can I say about Albins - I could write a book on how marvellous they all are.
The service you receive is phenomenal. The personal touch is amazing - they all make you feel like part of their family. Arranging a funeral is one of the hardest things I have had to organise in my life but Albins especially Mickey & John, made me feel at ease and I am so grateful for that. I could not have done this without their help, advice and guidance.

We were extremely satisfied with the service provided by all the staff at F.A. Albin Sidcup. The men who collected my father's body were efficient and very respectful. Mickey Thorpe, in the office, was helpful and informative at all stages – he gave us excellent suggestions and answered our questions promptly and well. The funeral itself was very well conducted – the funeral director and his staff supported us and our guests and were very considerate, particularly with disability access and inclusion. On the day, it was a lovely gesture when the hearse drove past the Albins Office and the staff stood outside and bowed to our funeral procession – we were very touched by that. Also, the route taken between the funeral and wake was well-chosen to take us through the most scenic areas in our local landscape. Albins was recommended to us by other family members who have used their services – we are very pleased that we chose them and we will certainly recommend them to other people.

F.A.Albin Sidcup did my dads funeral 5 years ago and more recently my mums. They made the whole process of both funerals from start to finish much easier, they are compassionate and professional at all times. I would like to especially mention Mickey, Jane and Jon who all went above and beyond and made the lead up to the funeral and the day itself not just about grieving but so special too. I cannot thank & recommend them enough.

I didn't realise a funeral could be such a beautiful affair. Not a single thing could have been better. Mum was looked after like family and I was welcomed, supported and advised daily. Mickey and Jane are two of the most sincere people and leaving a loved one in their care felt so natural. From the embalming to the Chapel, the hearse to the limousines, the attire of the staff to the to the arrangement of the service.....everything was done with pride, decorum and a sprinkle of South London that cannot be replicated.
