From the very moment they came to pick up my mum on the morning she passed, Albins handled everything with grace and dignity. Throughout the entire process, they showed such genuine compassion and care that I cannot praise them highly enough. They supported me through every stage, helping to create the beautiful send-off I had always envisaged for my lovely mum. Everything was carried out perfectly, and it will remain a day I will always remember with gratitude.

From the moment I entered Albins funeral parlour I knew I had made the right decision, Mickey and his team could not of made things easier ,feel any better considering the pain the whole family were going through , they organised everything including the great father Jim who carried out the service, we just had to tell them what we wanted and they took it from there ,all I can say is thank you for such a great send off for my wife and that was all down to Albins Sidcup branch .Kevin

 My husband was a Bermondsey boy and when he passed away my first thought was Albins for the funeral, they were kind, caring and so very helpful, their attention to detail is exceptional. They took a big weight off my shoulders. On the day of the funeral I knew I was in safe hands and they were so respectful.

It has always been tradition to use F.A.Albin in our family and they never fail to please us. All the staff are professional you just feel your loved one is being cared for in their safe hands.
A big thank you to George who was so helpful losing a loved one is traumatic but George with his calm and caring manner helped me and the family through this difficult time.

All the staff at the Sidcup office were wonderful , kind , empathetic, knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble and they all made the whole experience more bearable at this very sad time . Albins provided a first class service throughout. From the first point of contact they were thoroughly supportive and attentive with the perfect balance of what was needed by us. The initial meeting was sensitively handled, clear, provided comprehensive information for us to make our own decisions and our choices were carried out completely as planned.  The funeral day went without a hitch and we were guided every step of the way. F A Albins and sons made what was a really upsetting time for us as a family more manageable. The professionalism, care and support they gave us was greatly appreciated, every member of staff we met or spoke to went above and beyond for our dear dad/husband while he was resting in their care and for us as a family as we were grieving. The service to celebrate dad’s life was so well organised and on the day every member of Albins staff were so thoughtful, professional and caring towards us.
