Alison amber and all staff at browns funeral care,
thank you so much for looking after my beloved husband Brian and me and guiding me through the funeral arrangements I felt supported throughout a very difficult time everything went smoothly and was done with great dignity.
I was happy with the services that I received and would happily recommend browns to other family members and friends when the time arises.

The whole team from Brown's were exceptional. From the moment my late uncle was brought into the funeral home and until his burial he was treated with the utmost care and respect.
The planning of his funeral was professional and well organised and enabled family members to contribute and express our wishes for certain parts of the funeral. When it became known the funeral would have a military presence and media coverage the Brown's team were outstanding and maintained dignity and respect for my late uncle while at the same time rose to the occasion and ensured all the additional elements went smoothly. My late uncle's funeral was a respectful, dignified celebration of his life, achievements and values. Thank you.

Absolutely Fantastic service from beginning to end. Browns went beyond what we expected attention to detail was amazing. They treated my brother like he was still with us. although it happens during sad times we have used browns on each occasion all due to my above statement. They were extremely helpful and the whole family expressed how beautiful the service was . Any thing we required assistance with there was always someone available to offer help and  support .

Browns Funeralcare were efficient and compassionate in preparing my wife's funeral, which on the day went smoothly and well. It would have been a five star review had my wife's middle name, Mary, not been misspelt (as it is in this request for a review) on several occasions, but fortunately corrected on Linda's coffin.

From the beginning the staff were very kind warm and professional they guided us through all the stages of arranging the funeral of my mum. On the day of the funeral they were wonderful and all acted with such dignity I cannot thank them enough I would certainly recommend them .

Allyson was very efficient when she came to see us. When I sent the green form by post I rang her immediately,because she’d stressed its importance, left a message and was told it hadn’t been received.I felt the suggestion to hand  out the service sheets once people had gathered was too late and arranged for them to be handed to people as they entered. Arrangements on the day were faultless and Allyson and her team showed great respect. I received an invoice which I feel should have had an accompanying letter as a matter of courtesy.. I’ve also been asked for the coop number which you must have had when the funeral plan was arranged. I’m waiting for someone to contact me. The man at the funeral home was also respectful when we went to view Peter. I’m a little old fashioned and do not appreciate being addressed as sweetheart over and over again, finding it patronizing and inappropriate, although I know  this was not  intended. I mention this because other older people may feel the same. My comments are made in good faith and I have given you a 5 star rating.

From the moment my father passed to after the funeral, Brown's have been nothing but professional. They have kept me up to date daily on what to expect and took excellent care of my father. The staff are caring and respectful and I would definitely recommend them. They also contacted me a few days after the funeral to offer their support and condolences.

A better service you couldn’t ask for, Steven ,Chloe and staff was considerate, efficient, understanding, and compassionate.
 They help make our father’s funeral what my father and the family would wish for.
 Steven reminded us what needed to be done and was very flexible at very short notice.
