Dan and the other members of staff at the Cleveleys branch were excellent and compassionate in their manner at all stages. I was organising the funeral from Newcastle and was able to pop into the local branch to sign contract etc. which made it very easy for me and I was able to do all the other arrangements on line. We chose a silver coffin with contemporary bouquet for our loved one and the Coop used their silver fleet of funeral cars which looked very special and we couldn’t have been more pleased. Dan managed to secure a Saturday slot at the crematorium on our preferred day and the minister John did a great job with the service and all ran very smoothly. I would highly recommend the entire team. Their professionalism at this difficult time made a huge difference. Thank you.
