We cannot praise Henry Paul Funerals enough for arranging our Mum’s funeral.
Lorraine, Millie and Liz were compassionate, supportive and so understanding in ensuring we could make the funeral a true personal tribute to a wonderful person.
All of the staff helped to make an upsetting and difficult time  easier.
We will be recommending Henry Paul to others.

They are the kindest people, helping us through the safest days. Connor and his team show great empathy, kindness and have a really lovely way with them, which shows respect for the families and for those who are taking their final journey. The office team are also amazing and guide you through.

Nobody wants to be planning a funeral for a loved one and this is the first time I have had to do so but the staff of Henry Paul Funeral Directors were so compassionate and empathetic. I used Henry Paul for my mums funeral 5 years ago and the service was impeccable so we used them for my Dad’s,  last week. The standards at Henry Paul have remained as high as ever, and at every stage they were professional and friendly and completely understanding of any changes that needed to be made. 
They made a truly awful time so much easier to navigate, and really helped relieve some of the stress. I cannot thank them enough, and would absolutely recommend their services.

The funeral itself on the day and the care by Conner and the team was excellent. Unfortunately the administration prior was poor.
The office was communicating via email alas they miss typed the email address, therefore we went two weeks with no communication at all and nobody from Henry Paul thought that they would call to chase up why there was no response from the family. This resulted in a tight deadline of submission of information for photos and order of service which we were not prepared for.

With the exception of this aspect the team at Henry Paul were professional, caring and delivered all aspects necessary with a high standard.

All handled v smoothly and efficiently. Our only issue was with the volume of the 'background' music in the service, which drowned out the tribute - but that was maybe not under HPF's control.
