I would highly recommend Albert Parr. This is sadly the second time I’ve used them in 2 yrs and the service is excellent. Sarah is understanding and compassionate, all our requests were dealt with without any questions. The service was exceptional which makes a big difference when grieving.

So Glad I went with “Albert Parr & Sons”.

My first choice was CO OP. I had 1 meeting and a few phone calls, I was not impressed.

Albert Part & Sons was recommended to me, thank God.

What a difference, from the first phone call right up to the last day, 100% better.

Sarah and her team were caring, thoughtful, respectful and professional. Sarah helped us every step of the way.
The guys on the day were great: smart, polite professional and caring.

The service provided by Albert Parr was excellent. At a very difficult time they made the arrangements for my husband Martin so straightforward and easy to arrange. I would like to thank all the staff involved in the arrangements and who escorted Martin to the funeral for their kindness and professionalism but in particular to Sarah who went out of her way to help me. I would not hesitate to recommend Albert Parr to anyone.

Professional, thoughtful and attentive from start to finish. They made such a painful time far more bearable. Their level of expertise and effort meant that we were free to grieve and be there for each other rather than having to organise a funeral.

From the minute we made the first call nothing was too much trouble. Sarah and Dawn in the office, then James and his team on the day of the funeral - all of you were professional and dignified. Dad looked so peaceful when we visited, giving us strength to know he was in such caring hands. All the arrangements were made behind the scenes without any stress for us which was so important. On the day of the funeral everything went perfectly. Would absolutely recommend your services to anyone and everyone. Cannot thank you enough. The Ayling family.

Excellent service from one of the few remaining independent family run business left serving the local community. Dawn & James have a wealth of knowledge in this line of work and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend.
I would also highly recommend celebrants May Andrews and Sacha Ansell for their amazing compassionate work in writing and delivering the service.

From the first contact with Dawn at Albert Parr to the end of Mum’s funeral, everything was handled perfectly; sensitively, with kindness & dignity. Mum’s service was beautiful, so personal & her order of service looked amazing. Albert Parr couldn’t have done more to help us at such a difficult time; always efficient, knowledgeable & caring.

From the moment I walked into the offices in Elmers End following my Dad's passing Dawn put me at ease and guided me through the whole process of planning the funeral, something I had never had to do before and found completely overwhelming. Alan the conductor on the day was so lovely and again put me at ease with what was happening at every step on the day of the funeral. The celebrant , May Andrews who Dawn put me in contact with put together such a lovely service. My Dad had the most beautiful send off he so deserved. Thanks so much x

Albert Parr are a tremendous team and supported our family from the moment of our fathers passing through all the arrangements and the day of the funeral and aftercare. A very nice company and we are so lucky we had them to give us a very personal and fitting tribute to our father and helped us make informed choices at each step. Thank you to all the team behind the scenes that we never met or had the chance to thank personally - we know you were there. A special thanks to James and his team for taking my father with such style on the night and looking after him, and a big thank you to Sarah who was basically a Star all the way through and organised every thing perfectly. Additionally our celebrant via Albert Parr was Michelle Harvey - words cannot say enough. So fitting. Thank You.
