From the moment Dad passed, the team at Farriers, treated him and the rest of our family with utmost dignity, respect and kindness.
The Celebrant that was selected for us was perfect and delivered the service with the warmth and humility that Dad deserved.
Cannot thank Chris, Eric and the rest of Farriers enough, for making an otherwise heartbreaking day, perfect.

I dealt with both Lys and Chris when arranging my dad's funeral and they were both very caring and nothing was too much trouble. They guided me through everything and kept me informed along the way so on the day everything without a hitch. Our family have used Farriers on several occasions both Folkestone and Dover branch and we wouldn't use any other Undertakers. They are by far the very best and I would recommend them every time

The whole process from start to finish was managed extremely professionally by all members of the team at Farriers.  Julie was so patient and understanding from the outset and on the day of my dads funeral Lys was amazing; her professionalism and ability to support our family with so much care and compassion was very much appreciated - she truly is a credit to Farriers and an excellent representative of the business.

Julie at Farrier was brilliant. She supported us to create a very personal service, whilst also making sure that they stepped in to help as much as we needed. Julie was always on the end of the phone or an email which was appreciated during this difficult time. They went above and beyond to help us navigate a couple of tricky administrative issues in the run up to the day. At the funeral Julie was able to manage a difficult situation with the grave digging with a calm and compassionate demeanour. She and her team were respectful, kind and matched the energy of our family in order to put us at ease. Thank you for everything.

Words are not sufficient to express how amazing Adam and the team were. From the initial meeting to the day of the funeral they were there for me every step of the way. Their support and kindness was a great comfort during what I now appreciate is a very difficult and stressful time. They made organising my father's funeral a far better experience than I was expecting.
