Very compassionate and caring easy to talk to and they went above & beyond to help in my hour of need. Dan Evans who did the arrangements was lovely and Andrew the funeral Director on the day were excellent.
The guys that accompanied them were all very professional and respectful. It's not the first time we have used Co-Op Risca and won't be the last.

Our first encounter was with Adam, who was very professional, but he went on holiday and nothing appeared to be done about getting my husband’s body from the hospital into their care, until Leanne took over. 
I found the proof of the Order of Service was not correct, as my husband’s picture was at the back. Also I asked for two verses to be played at the service,  but three was played, perhaps a lapse,  but they should listen to their customers. I thought that we had agreed on a PINE coffin, but it turned out to be MAPLE, maybe the same thing! I don’t know. Overall I am pleased, the day went well, thank you Alison.

Excellent customer service from beginning to end of the whole process. All staff I dealt with showed very professional attitudes and behaviour. They were also compassionate and I felt they were sincere in that compassion.

EXCELLENT!!

Contacting the Coop Funeral Home in Risca after my husband/father passed away my daughter and I  were treated with such compassion, kindness and respect from Leighanne Jones.
Even after the funeral we were contacted to ask if we were okay and that everything went well, we were told once my husbands Ashes were ready to come home they would contact us.
All we can say is A BIG THANK YOU.
