I've given Cumbernauld Funeral Care an excellent rating for excellent service from the first meeting we had with Emma and all the support and advice you gave us in assuring that Geoff would have a perfect funeral. Every query we had was dealt with and your staff, in particular Emma, because she was dealing with the funeral arrangements. We had great confidence in Emma's ability to ensure all would go according to plan. And it did. Thank you very much for providing such an excellent service for us.

Overall service was very good and professional. Staff were very courteous and friendly and always put us at ease. There were issues regarding payment for the funeral services which were not mentioned at the first meeting, however the matter was resolved.
