Audrey have shown us outstanding support and kindness that meant so much to all of us. My son Christopher's sudden death was unbearable but with Audrey's guidance we managed to have funeral service that was peaceful and dignified. I could not have asked for a nicer funeral for my Dad. The team were kind; considerate and sympathetic. They were all supportive in every aspect of my Dad’s funeral. Michael and Audrey went above and beyond to make things as easy and for everything to run smoothly and in a timely manner. Michael and Audrey went above and beyond to make sure everything was in place before during and after my Dad’s funeralI can not thank them enough for making a difficult time in my life to run smoothly giving my Dad a dignified funeral and accommodated all of my requests. My Dad was treated with dignity and respect in the viewing room and had all my Dads belongings on show that was requested. Nothing was rushed and we were given that all important time to say our final goodbye to our much loved Dad.

I received a call from Michael a couple of days ahead of the funeral. On the morning of the funeral Michael again confirmed the arrangements and then met and spoke to me. I was very impressed with how everything was managed and would have no hesitation in recommending the services at Coop funeral care to other families.
