All the staff that I had spoke to were professional and knowledgeable, I was made to feel at ease with all the arrangements. Ann had a basic funeral plan in place I was able to add additional items to this and was kept upto date and shown previews of the items I had chosen, making this more personal to myself and to Ann. I had used a humanist for previous family members and the coop made it possible to use the same person, as he had already had most of the information for the service, I had given dates of the family availability to attend the funeral then I was given times of availability for the funeral to take place. I was contacted the day before and even on the day I was still able to decide what was best for the family thank you to Robert and Frazer at the Cumbernauld branch for this

The service was excellent and the care and attention was also excellent Robert dealt with all aspects of the funeral absolutely amazing also Donna was amazing as well couldn't have asked for anything better.

Robert at Co-op Funeral Care, Cumbernauld was absolutely fantastic and helped with the organising of the service for my dad. The event itself went very smoothly indeed from start to finish and we had several comments on how lovely the service was. Even after the event Robert contacted me to make sure that we had been happy with everything and asked after my mum.

My dads funeral was carried out with the utmost dignity and respect The lady who initially arranged everything (so sorry I have forgotten her name) was very kind and helpful at a very difficult time and i believe this in turn made an absolutely terrible day a little bit easier and for that I am extremely grateful

I couldn't fault the service provided by Co-op funeral care. From start to finish they set us at ease and walked us through the process. They also pointed us in the right direction when we were uncertain about what route to take.

This ment that most of the Family and Friend did not receive a copy of the order of service.

Have used co-op for all family funerals. 

Dissapointed this time.  Our service ran over at crem and co-op representative announcement for everyone going back for purvey to go directly to their cars.  Even those not coming to purvey left through back door.  Was a busy funeral 150 to 200 and have no idea who was in attendance - gutted.  Do not think they should have done this

Faultless service. There was a delay in arrival at the house on the day but this did not affect arrival at the crematorium.

He gave us the advice that we needed. Everyone involved I could not fault. I feel the rest of my family would say the same.
