Our meetings with Katrina were very relaxed and with genuine warmth and consideration. She made the process very much easier at a very difficult time as Chloes passing was so unexpected. Nothing was to much trouble and all was arranged to our satisfaction.
On the day of the funeral our funeral director was excellent.
Dignified, with just the right amount of respectful, gentle humour that made the send off rather special.
We are very grateful to all for the warmth and professionalism shown to us during this difficult time.

The professionalism from start to finish has been outstanding especially during our sadtime grieving for our lost one. This was new to us all as had ever even been in a funeral parlour before. From David coming out to our house,explaining everything. Katrina who is an absolute gem that works in the branch sitting down with me, phoning, finessing the details and just being there thoughtful and caring. Then we had Michael, Aiden (think his name was) and Sean our chauffeur driver on day of funeral were all lovely and professional as that day was the most difficult time for us all. The after care has been amazing even the sympathy cards you sent to my mother in law. Thank you so much for everything!
