I cannot praise Pressdee Funeralcare highly enough. Everything possible was done to manage the arrangements at this sad time as smoothly and efficiently as possible, and everyone was exceptionally kind and caring. The attention to detail was noted by many, and it was agreed that the funeral was a fitting farewell to Malcolm Lee.

The service we got from James at Pressdee’s was exceptional. My brother passed away very suddenly , and the fact we live in Australia , and never having had to arrange a funeral before could have been extremely difficult. James made the whole process so easy for us, guiding us through everything in a very professional and compassionate way. We would highly recommend Pressdee’s if every you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of requiring their service.

Gaynor was great to work with. However the obituary needed serious reworking and proof reading before it went into print.  The memorial card for the service spelt my mothers last name incorrectly, again needed proofread.  Proofreading is fine but major grammatical errors and basic English corrections are not.

We were rushed leaving the church and the cemetery due to an over run of time in the church.  It’s a real shame we didn’t get to say thank you to the people who came to the service and also spend time together at the burial.

Workin with the funeral home prior to the service was great.
