James was fantastic. He couldn't do enough to make the day as stress free and as caring as possible. As my mother had to be transported from Cornwall, we appreciated the speedy and efficient way James kept in touch with us about what was required and acted on our wishes promptly. The arrangements on the day were faultless and he made an emotional situation a real celebration of my mother's life. We couldn't have asked for more. Thank you so much.

The family were helped through a very difficult time,
everything went smoothly.
Just one criticism which stopped Pressdee getting a 5 star rating was that I requested a particular tune for one of the hymns but a different one was played.

The service they provided was exceptional. Beyond my expectations especially in producing order of service. The praise I had off family and friends for the service provided was excellent. The ease and support given in making the arrangements and decisions was so supportive. They actually went out of their way to help me provide a special request for the flowers. Highly recommended

We used the services of Pressdee Mumbles for the funeral of our brother Jeff. James the funeral director couldn't have been more helpful, he guided us through what we needed to do and and was at the end of the phone, or email, if there was anything we needed to check with him. As we wanted a surfing theme again they were more than helpful, even playing the Beachboys music we requested at the graveside. They found us the perfect Minister, Kevin John, to take the service keeping it as lighthearted as a funeral can be. A big thanks to James and everyone at Pressdee. Mike, Ian and Tracey.

Gaynor, and the team at Pressdee's, were complete professionals yet remained very sympathetic and supportive. Everything was explained clearly and arranged, on the day, with the mimimum of fuss. At a difficult time, they completely eased the burden of having to organise everything, but it always felt like you were dealing with people who really cared.

The care, attention and detail were excellent. James was so supportive, nothing was too much trouble. Kept in constant contact and everything ran with minimal input from the family. We could do as much or as little as we wanted. James always kept a calm nature. 
At a time when our heads were muddled, he kept it all together. 
We couldn't have wished to have had anyone better to cover my Mums funeral.

Excellent friendly and considerate service including follow up regarding problems we had registering the death due to an incompetent GP. Also undertook liaison for us with funeral director in Scotland as the death took place in Wales but the burial was in Scotland.
