Gaynor Gage was extremely personal and professional in every aspect of the service provided for my husband and our family. She personally kept me informed at every stage and was very caring and compassionate and even rang just to check I was ok. She guided us from beginning to end and we felt cared for and “in a capable pair of hands” which lifted a great weight from our shoulders at such a difficult time. Her staff were also very caring and every care was taken to ensure that my husband  was looked after which enabled me to spend time with him to say my goodbyes. Thank you for providing an excellent service it has been greatly appreciated by both myself and my family.

The funeral service for my sister was lovely. I was able to watch it live from the U.S. and, with a small gathering of our cousins, James Murray made it special.

Throughout the process of arranging the funeral service, he was compassionate and caring and read my Tribute to my sister perfectly. On the saddest of occasions, it was a beautiful farewell.

The whole process was carried out with a high degree of professionalism. From the administrative point of view before and after the funeral Stacey was superb and dealt with all this in a calm and supportive way. The work of the staff doing the preparation for the chapel of rest was outstanding. On the day of the funeral all the staff acted in a highly professional way and the procedure ran like clockwork. I would thoroughly recommend Pressdees funeral service for a sympathetic and expert approach. We will remember this as a day that went well.

James and the team are so professional and caring and made a very difficult time somewhat easier. They are helpful, efficient and caring. My Mum looked like she was just sleeping when I went visit her after she has passed, she looked at peace and everything was just right. Excellent service from start to finish. Amazing support at the funeral, always there and respectful to the person who has passed and their family.
