Rees Davies & Son were fantastic from the moment I called them immediately after my mother's passing to day of the funeral and beyond. Their dignity and empathy made the whole process of planning the funeral as stress free as possible. They led us through the all the necessary actions at the pace that suited us always ensuring we were happy with the plans and our choices for the service. We will always be very grateful to Rees Davies & Son for how they looked after us at such a difficult time.

Experienced and compasionate is how we would describe the service we received with advice given on all aspects of the funeral, liaison with the priest and arranging transport for the family's particular needs.

I can’t thank Gaynor Gage enough; Gaynor made a very difficult time so much easier to bear. From the day I contacted her to say my mum had passed , I felt reassured by her expertise , kindness  & consideration. Gaynor offered me & my family much needed guidance at a very difficult time. Staff at Rees Davies & Son funeral directors provided an excellent service even when they faced their own challenges in relation to recent changes in how they manage funeral plans . Gaynor  & Charlotte have been wonderful, helpful & supportive. They kept me informed  throughout the process,  looking after my mum after she passed in a dignified and respectful way-helping me with  my mums funeral arrangements and guiding us through the funeral memorial service . My mum had a lovely send off! Forever grateful . Vanessa, David, Billy Luke and family .

Can't praise Gaynor and Charlotte enough. Funeral was beautiful and so well organised. Both ladies cared for my Mum with love and compassion. I will never be able to thank them enough. The drivers were also excellent very kind and helpful.

Staff were very professional and we were treated unique to our needs. They were very personable, and nothing was too much trouble. They treated mam with respect and dignity,and we felt comforted knowing that mam was in their care.
The day of mam's funeral, Gaynor was very compassionate, respectful, but also very much in control,knowing that myself and my brother were in bits. She told us what to do and when to ensure that mam had the send off she deserved.
The gentlemen were also clear and concise in explaining to the family pallbearers in what they needed to do.
We've met with Charlotte a number of times during and after mam's funeral, and she too has shown the utmost respect and compassion.
Arranging a funeral is one of the most emotional and stressful things that someone can do for a loved one, trying to make sure that you get it right.
The staff made things as smooth as possible.
We'd like to thank them for all their hard work and support 💜
