Anthony, Rhian, Hayley, Ria and all the guys who were pallbearers were comforting, efficient, kind, thoughtful and made me feel cared for. They did such a good job that I wasn’t anxious about the day at all. Everything was beautiful including the flowers and order of service. Thank you all so very much for making my final goodbye to my mum so beautiful. ❤️

From the moment we met Rhian at Morriston Funeralcare we knew this most important event  was in good hands.
I had no experience of planning a funeral but was immediately put at ease by Rhian’s caring and calm presence. All our questions were answered honestly and we were walked through every step.It didn’t feel daunting anymore.
Rhian was always there for any questions or queries and it felt like she was holding my hand through the process.
The funeral itself was beautiful and so many people remarked on how well it was planned.
Communication with the team at the office was so good and they were there on the end of the phone whenever we needed them. 
I had no fear on the day as Rhian had talked me through every step.
The team on the day were incredible. They were all so well turned out and each one of them were an absolute credit.
The coffin and flowers were beautiful and looked even better than we were expecting.
 Everything went to plan and Rhian stayed with us until the end.
I cannot thank the team enough and have no hesitation recommending them to anyone.
Five stars is not enough and I cannot thank the team enough.
Rhian is incredibly special.

Outstanding service from start to finish.. couldn’t have asked for more during a time of great sadness.. everyone was lovely from the time I first walked into the office in Morristown to seeing my dad off at the crematorium.

From the initial contact , everything went smoothly and seamless. Hywel and Steve reassured the family that my Aunt would be looked after to the highest standards , too which she was. Rhian, Ria and Liz were well organised with all arrangements and Richard on the day carried out the funeral with dignity and care.

The staff at this funeral home were exceptional! nothing was too much trouble, they looked after Tommy with the highest level of dignity, care and respect.
Visiting was no trouble what ever the time of day, the home was presented beautifully, with gentle music playing while we sat with Tommy. On the funeral day Rhian and Richard both walked the hearse out of Tommy's street as a mark of respect it was really touching and made a massive difference to us. Tommy's ashes were returned to me quickly and presented well. The communication was excellent at all times both Pre and Post funeral and on the day we were looked after exceptionally well. Thank you Rhian, Ria, Richard and Liz from the bottom of our hearts x
