I would like to convey my sincere thanks to Rhea, Lynette and the team at Maesteg Funeralcare for their outstanding service following the passing of my Mother.
From the moment of our initial contact with them, Rhea and Lynette, were very professional, empathetic, efficient and wholly supportive of our needs as a family, both practically and emotionally.
The calm diligence shown resulted in the day of the funeral proceeding as smoothly and successfully as we could have hoped. A blessing at what was, obviously, a very difficult time.

Rhia couldn't do more than she did, she done an amazing job, but Saron needs secure handrails going up steps outside, updated sound system, otherwise was perfect

The service provided by the staff, especially Rhea and Lynette was amazing. They were so compassionate to all the family and nothing was too much for them. It was such a relief to have someone from our local community dealing with the funeral arrangements, as it was such a such a sensitive time. They provided such a personal yet professional service. We can't, as a family, thank them enough for all their compassion shown and hard work! We will definitely be recommending them to family and friends.

Couldn’t thank them enough for the care and service my mother received, everything was done with utmost respect, guided us through all aspects of the funeral, I felt that my mother was in the best care possible , took us through everything step by step, had numerous courtesy calls through out, everything we suggested was carried out, I would highly recommend them to everyone.
