Jessica and Stuart are so professional,end to end process was seamless for us and it helped us mourn . Always in contact and Jessica calling with updates and chatting to see how we were ! Showed amazing empathy. Stuart who is just starting his journey with the Co-op ,also showed very prompt response to emails, stuarts emails were easy to understand and well written . He also showed empathy and professionalism.
Martin on the day was also professional.

So glad we chose the Co-op it made mourning my wee mum a little easier. Well done team !!! Well done x
