Having never had to organise a funeral before I can’t fault Rita. (Cupar branch)
She was absolutely amazing from start to finish, so empathetic and helpful. She made the process so easy and we had a really lovely send off for my Gran. The coop funeral care are very lucky to have her. She is a diamond! Thanks again for everything.

Rita at the co-op funeral care in Cupar has been kind and considerate throughout the process.
We did not meet any other staff as Dad had a direct cremation, but all of us felt confident that he would be cared for and respected in his last journey.

The staff, Tammie and Rita, were very friendly and gave excellent guidance on the funeral options available and what they included. The organisation was quick and efficient but without feeling rushed. The principal director on the day, Martin, was again excellent. He had phoned 2 days prior and had allayed lingering concerns about how the service would be conducted. All in all the team provided an excellent service and I would not hesitate in recommending them to others. I also found Brewsterwells Crematorium, opened only months before, to be peaceful, airy, light and untrammelled with tradition. This view was held by everybody who attended. A new asset to the East Fife community.
