Susan and Craig made us feel at ease at such a difficult and sad time. They guided us through, and we always felt supported by them.

My mother's funeral was taken care of by Susan, She was excellent and really helped me and my brother who had never had to organise a funeral before. Susan was lovely to speak to and really reassuring she explained everything to us and allowed us to have the funeral we wanted for our late mother. The funeral director (who's name I can't remember) was also excellent on the day and showed a great level of support and comfort for all who attended the funeral. Would highly recommend The Co-Operative Funeral Service Falkirk if and when the time comes to help with organising a funeral service.
