Fiona who dealt with mums funeral was absolutely brilliant . Dealt with all our issues and helped us immensely 
Mums final day went without a hitch and we could not be happier with the send off that mum recieived . Thanks to all the staff involved and we are grateful for all the help we received . Very professional and we would recommend all the time

From start to finish Agnes who dealt with the family throughout provided my mum and all the family the most excellent service, professionalism, care, compassion and thoughtfulness was shown to us all. She is a credit to the company. Thank you for the excellent services throughout and we felt my mum was looked after with dignity and love right from the start which was very comforting.

Staff at branch and service were excellent, sensitive and very helpful.

Contact Centre when we phoned to advise of the death I felt the adviser could have directed the call better and took control of the call.

From start to finish we were treated with dignity and respect.
