Everything was done in a very professional manner. Everyone I dealt with were helpful, friendly and understanding at all times. The funeral itself went very smoothly with everything going exactly as planned. Overall, an excellent service was provided.

From beginning to end Paul and Emma were there for myself and family. Every detail was discussed sensitively and with care. If there were alternatives they were brought forward for consideration and on agreement implemented seamlessly. The day happened as planned with Paul keeping a watchful eye from the side. I work for WT Dunbar in Corstorphine, Edinburgh as a Funeral Arranger and had absolutely no doubt that my wonderful colleagues FD Emma, Russell, Alan and my fantastic boss Matt would do me proud on the day of my beautiful Mum's funeral. The day was faultless, as I knew it would be. Every member of staff was so respectful leading up to, during and after the funeral service and I cannot thank them enough. Also to Terry, our Care Logistics Manager for organising transport, thank you. We really are a wonderful organisation who pull together and help each other, especially on the toughest of days when one of us loses a loved one. From first point of contact I found all the staff to be very proffessional and helpful.
On the day of the funeral despite problems which were outwith their control.the best of attention was given to make things as non stressful as possible for the family.
