On the worst occasion of my life, when the hardest decisions need to be taken, I was shown the most respectful, sympathetic and professional help possible. Thank you to all the team at Ferndown.

This would have been excellent were it not for the fact that the date on the casket plaque was incorrect resulting in me having to return the casket for it to be rectified. This was a tad upsetting . However, everything else was excellent and Jo couldn't have been more kind and helpful.

We were not too happy with the arranging of the service because we were liaising with different offices mostly New Milton but sometimes Ferndown. The arrangements on the day went well. The eve of service call my daughter noticed that only one piece of music had been downloaded causing us to panic and make sure we had what we wanted also we were asked if there would be any donations. It had already beenwas arranged that the Co-op would collect monies and send to us to deliver but the information on the back of the service sheet omitted to say where to send monies or who to make cheques payable to.
