This is what Co-op Funeralcare offer as part of their Simple Funeral:

They will remove your loved one from their place of death into their care within a 50 mile radius
If death occurs out of normal working hours, at home or in a care home, they will remove your loved one into their care, out of hours, at no extra cost
They will prepare, care for and dress your loved one in a gown to match the interior of their Basic Coffin
Your loved one will rest in their mortuary facility, or if required, a private rest room in their funeral home
You’ll be able to visit your loved one during normal working hours at no additional charge
They will transport your loved one from the funeral home to the crematorium or burial site in a ceremonial vehicle of their choice
On the day of the funeral, a wheeled bier will be used or the family can bear the coffin
They will make all necessary arrangements for a dignified funeral
Your funeral director will be there at the funeral to support and guide you through the funeral

Sarah Clarke is truly amazing and looked after us and our dad while he was in her care, nothing was too much for Sarah and she had everything down to a T, from the first moment we met and right up to our dads funeral Sarah made everything perfect from the way she walked in front of the funeral car and bowing was just beautiful.. a real life Mary poppins on behalf of myself and the rest of the family thank you.. x

Although the coop would not have been my first choice mum had a funeral plan with them so it was out of our hands. Having said that Nicky and Sara were amazing nothing was too much trouble and the design for the oos and on the seeds was beautiful. Grace the celebrant said some lovely words all in all just what mum would have wanted. Thankyou so much.

Sarah was in charge of everything and from the very first phone call she made everything so much easier. She was friendly, caring and supportive. Everything was dealt with promptly and it all ran smoothly.
At the funeral everyone working for co-op looked so smart and we’re very professional.
