As soon as we walked into Katie's office we felt right at home, and this was the right place for us. Katie spoke to us as normal people, no hushed, reverent tones. She also spoke to me, the person paying for the funeral. She listened to our requests and put them into action and was happy to use her imagination to bring them to life. we never felt pushed or coerced or rushed in any part of the process. Both she and Rob her husband helped to make bearable what was an unbearable day in our lives. We will recommend them every time.

myself and all of his family. In particularly the care they showed my grieving mother who took great
comfort in your kindness and compassion.

The funeral was conducted by the celebrant Brian Jarvis who was recommended by Katie Mills and
he held a brilliant service with great aplomb and empathy.
Thankyou Katie Mills and team for all your dignified and caring efforts, many friends and family of
Nigel that were at the funeral or seeing it from around the world thought it was a very special
celebration of his life.

It was obvious that they genuinely cared and wanted to make the experience as easy as possible for us. We had lots of comments on how beautifully designed the order of service booklet was. More like friends of the family than undertakers.

After attending a dear friends funeral recently that was conducted by a national company we decided to research an independent when my father passed away.

We were worried about it costing a lot more but how wrong we were! Not only was the bill significantly less than my friend had paid but the level of service and care was outstanding with Katie and Rob.

Both of our families would never use anyone else now and recommend Katie and Rob to everyone.
