Flints have been part of our community for the whole of my lifetime but this was the first time I’d had to plan a funeral! How comforting and professional every step of the way. Everything we wanted to celebrate the life of my husband was delivered with the upmost sympathy. Everyone that attended felt Malc was there, I remember the ceremony with love not sadness. Very professional and sympathetic Flints! THANKYOU

From just making one phone call to your company within a day you was there to help me through the planning from start to finish
You was always on the other end of the phone nothing was to much trouble for you, taking some of the oressure off me at the sad time.

I can not thank Mark enough for all his support during this very sad time, nothing has been too much trouble for him, everything was fully explained, communication was excellent, I was kept fully informed of the whole process with regular contact, I was welcomed to visit my son whenever I wanted and everything I asked for was fulfilled.

Mark really cares and shows huge empathy, he makes things as easy as he can for you, he doesn't pressure you into doing anything and doesn't try to exploit you in your most vulnerable time i.e trying to make you spend more money, (in fact quite the opposite).

Excellent service from start to finish, I can not fault them at all and would highly recommend them.

Thankyou so much Mark for all your help and support and for treating Callum with dignity and respect, you have been amazing.

I cannot thank John enough. Every request was dealt with and support provided. When you are grieving you need someone who you can rely on to carry out your wishes, John was that someone.
Amy's dad, brothers and I chose to carry her into the crematorium. John's instruction and guidance made this possible. Diane Lightowler was a caring, professional celebrant.

The professionalism shown by Flints funeral service was outstanding. Right from the very beginning to the bitter end they supported family and implemented our wishes to the highest standard. The service was a wonderful tribute to our dad and all who attended said they have never been to a funeral as well thought out and executed with such quality. The flowers provided by their florists were absolutely amazing and many took a sharp in take of breath from just how beautiful they really were. Thank you Mark and team from the bottom of our hearts for all that you did. Dads memory continues to live on with fondness that you have contributed to. We won’t ever be going anywhere else from this day on with family funerals as we know we will always guarantee the very best from you.

This company was superb, I would fully recommend them.  The experience of organising our dads funeral was made easier by the professionalism, obvious experience and friendliness of the staff.  Any queries we had were answered promptly throughout.
My nephew is only 7 and was shown around the service room prior to the funeral to let him know what would happen and what to expect, and this really helped.
