Thank you for arranging everything that I needed for my uncle’s funeral. It was only a very small funeral but everything went as we wanted.

Felt that everything was rushed at the crematorium. No sooner had I stepped outside after the service  I was handed the collection box. I was then asked to take the flowers to the car if I wanted to keep them. Did not have time to speak to relatives properly and when I came back from car park  the funeral director had left.
Also the trolley which carries the coffin was left in front of the curtains and so when the curtains began to close they were obstructed and the funeral director had to step in and remove it. However I can say that the people in the office in Maryport have been  very good in their duties before and after the cremation itself. Also Benet the celebrant was excellent

To Tym and Zoe who took John from home into care, they were kind, sympathetic and didn’t rush our family. Jeanette and Jade funeral director and Jade assistant, we’re in touch daily, they were caring towards my family, very professional at all times. The rest of the Team that were crewed for Johns final journey top class. John and myself had an excellent service from co-op funeral care, they certainly all had been hand chosen by the company. Nothing was a problem they are all magnificent people. Thank you everyone , also so very well turned out.

Never did I think I would have to be planning my partners funeral while only in my 30s. I was so worried about the whole thing as i wanted everything to be perfect for Clive. The girls at the Co-op were brilliant. From my first phonecall with Sue while we were still in Tenerife and planning getting Clive back home, right up to the day of the funeral. Everything was perfect. They took care of everything. Thank you for everything.

They were professional, compassionate, dignified and empathic and helped me and my children greatly with the worst event of our lives. They do a brilliant job and have helped me cope with my grief. Maryport Funeral Services did everything they said they would do. The funeral car and hearse turned up on time. The service went ahead as per programme. And Mum's ashes are ready for me to collect. I can't fault them.

My dad’s funeral was dealt with respectfully and courteously. The service at the crematorium was as requested and the celebrant took time to learn about my dad before conducting the service. Overall I was very happy with the service and the care shown by the staff at the funeral directors
