Would recommend co-op funeral care to everyone, very caring people to deal with and do their very best to provide what you ask for, always a sad time but the compassion shown by Jade and Jeanette over the arrangements was very helpful.
We had a beautiful Service followed by the Crematorium, on the day everything went like clockwork many thanks to all involved in giving my Brother a lovely send-off

I found the whole process excellent. They took the weight off my shoulders and the day of the funeral went like a dream. The family could then concentrate on their grief, reflect on our mums life and feel she would be pleased.
Nothing takes away the pain and sadness when someone you love dies, but the well managed organisation of the day helped us so much.
Big thank you to the Co-op Funeral Care in Whitehaven which was excellent . Special thanks to Jade and Jeanette . Also to the whole team. They made the day one that we will all remember.

From start to finish the service we received from all involved was second to none.The guidance and thoughtful help from Jade was very much appreciated as was the professional help from Jeanette through phone calls and on the day of the funeral.They are an excellent team . With thanks Susan Fox .

Jade Carter has been an amazing support during this heartbreaking time.
Jade guided me through each step of the process, keeping me informed at every stage. She answered my questions with empathy and she was 100% honest throught.
My negative comment would be that the CO-OP asks for an upfront part payment at the time of arranging the funeral.
In my opinion this would definitely put people off using you.
Thank you to Jade for the care and understanding throughout.

Mum had opted for a Direct Cremation via the coop, the service received was very good, compassionate and carried out with dignity. Even the call after the Cremation was unexpected, but handled with care. Thankyou Jade for your care and attention.

The service I received was truly excellent. The staff were courteous, knowledgeable, kind, efficient and outstandingly professional all along the way. The offices were light,  clean, restful and well organised. The funeral was dignified without being overly sombre or mawkish and exactly what my husband, the deceased, would have wanted. Would confidently recommend.

The staff at Whitehaven failed to tell us when our dearly beloved was cremated!!! We will never get a chance to say goodbye. We will never get that day back!! We will never deal with the co op again
