I lost my mother on 01/03/2023 and before she died she had decided who should undertake the duties for her funeral. In her near 81 years my mother did not associate or choose people to help her without making sound choices. She knew Michael well and from the moment she passed away Michael and his team were absolutely brilliant. So that her grandson could attend Michael agreed to allow the funeral to take place on the 30/03 as he had gone to Australia for 6 months and returned home on the 29/03. Michael was very thorough and explained things to me with great clarity. I knew of people already deceased who had used his services and there are more in the future. My mother received what she deserved a great send off and the way Michael and his team conducted themselves in a very dignified and professional manner and deserve praise of the highest accolade. Michael spent time and listened carefully and offered a cost effective and highly professional service. He is the consummate professional. He went above and beyond in all aspects of his service and also referred me to an excellent celebrant Derek Donaldson who also delivered a fantastic service. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a honest, personable and professional Funeral Director and Celebrant.
