Very easy to organise. Sacha was superb and managed to arrange the service and cremation within a week to fit around our family commitments. We got everything we wanted - which wasn't very traditional, but would be the way my mam would have wanted. Grateful thanks.

I felt that you were pushing legal services too much.
I wasn’t kept up to date with what was happening. 
I had to ask when I could visit the body
I had a horrible experience on the Friday morning when asked very abruptly if I had an appointment and asked to come back later. 
I had come to drop order of service leaflets as requested

The support and kindness shown to my girls and I by all of the team at Barrow Funeral Care touched our hearts. 
From the start, the deep, quiet respect with which they cared for Mick was reassuring and we knew that he was in safe hands. 
The organisation of the funeral was carried out sensitively but with real efficiency.
But for me, the numerous times they arranged for staff to be there so I could visit Mick was my lifeline in my darkest hours. 
We can’t thank you enough for all you did and we will always be truly grateful.

From the very first contact I felt as if a great weight had been removed from my shoulders by someone I can only describe as an angel.
