We can't express our gratitude strongly enough to everyone that we connected with in Stephen McCosh Funeral Directors.
From the very first early morning call to the drop off by the limousine driver, everyone was courteous, attentive and respectful.
We mainly worked with Heather to arrange the funeral details. She calmly took control and guided us through the process making everything as effortless for us as possible.
Any queries/changes that we asked for were addressed promptly and Heather engaged the whole team to ensure that we were satisfied with every detail.
We actually felt that we knew the team personally by the end of the process.

I could write all day on how outstanding Stephen McCosh funeral directors are. My first funeral I organised, Heather comforted us straight away and took my worries away and organised it all with our family’s input and requests. I knew my daddy was in the bestest hands. The little things from phone calls to texts were so appreciated and all the advice Heather gave us helped so much that week she never realised. She is an absolute credit to the company! So caring and kind hearted and listened to stories of my wee daddy. Very professional from start to finish. The guys (Mark and another colleague) on the day of the funeral were just amazing and so compassionate making sure we were ok and reassuring us of the plans going forward. All plans went perfect with no problems. Thank you so much. To be honest we can never thank yous enough for everything and I know my wee daddy would have been so proud of the send off he got. Will always be using you guys going forward without a doubt. 5 star service. Love from the Robson Family x
