We were extremely happy with the service from start to finish. The staff we dealt with (Heather, Marcus and Mark) were kind, attentive, and handled everything with such care and professionalism during a very difficult time. They made sure Mum had a beautiful send-off, and we couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you for your compassion and support.

Would recommend this company to everyone.
From 1st day I called to arrange my uncle's funeral there's been nothing but courteous and dignified correspondence between us they arrange everything so it takes a lot of the pressure of you anything you want they'll do it. Even now 4 days after funeral I've called to see Heather in monsktown for advice ie.. insurance policy's closing bank accounts etc, and they're still going above and beyond. It was an honour and privilege to use Stephen McCosh funeral directors their dignity and compassion is 2nd to none.

We cannot recommend Heather and the whole team at Stephen McCosh Funeral Directors highly enough. From our first call right through to the final arrangements, we felt completely at ease. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care made an incredibly difficult time much more manageable.

In the midst of such sad circumstances, it was a comfort to meet such thoughtful and compassionate people. Everything was handled with dignity and attention to detail, and we are so grateful for the support they gave us and the care they showed my wee Granny.

We used Stephen McCosh as they were local to us. We had no prior experience or knowledge of them.
What a fabulous experience we had given the circumstances. We couldn't have asked for more. Heather was amazing she made everything so seamless for us. Communicated with us and kept us updated when required. She was so accommodating on changes and let us talk through thought process and provided guidance. She secured the crematorium, car, flowers and order of service.
On the day the staff were so kind to us. Ensuring we took a moment before going inside. Marcus out driver was so kind and considerate never rushing us along.

For anyone looking for someone to support in such a tricky time I would have no hesitation in recommending Stephen and team for their needs.

McCosh funeral directors are amazing . The lovely Heather in the Newtownabbey branch was really helpful ensuring we were given thoughtful advice to support what we wanted for our beloved brother . Cant thank her enough . Also both the gentleman who accompanied the Hearst on the day of the funeral . I would give 10 stars if I could . From the moment we stepped into the office till the end we were treated with respect and support .

From the moment myself and my Father went to the Monkstown branch to organise his funeral, Heather & staff done everything we could have asked for.
Very patient when talking things through.
On the day of his funeral, all went smoothly with Mark and staff very attentive with any needs and kept in the background but still close for any help.
