Denise and her colleagues were so caring and attentive during a difficult time following my mum’s passing. They made the hard process of trying to make arrangements for my mum so much easier during a stressful and upsetting time. I’ll never be able to thank them enough for taking care of mum and making the day run so smoothly.

From the first phone call to Denise to the end of the funeral Denise has been friendly, efficient, respectful  and professional. 
The death of my brother has been very difficult and at the same time supporting my Mum but Denise has made a very emotional and sad process a little easier.

Denise has a lovely easy manner.  Nothing is too much trouble and she keeps you informed at every step.   We had some particular challenges ,Denise accommodate us brilliantly and always with a smile.I chose to see my mum a couple of days before her funeral, Denise was very good at making this visit pleasant and helpful, we even had a cup of tea whilst sitting with Mum
Funeral Day went well, due in part to good planning by Denise.

From the moment I commissioned the services of Denise Wellington (a phone call at 1.30am) she could not have been more helpful and accommodating. An extremely sympathetic approach to everything we asked, and nothing seemed too much trouble. When we changed our minds about what we wanted, it was done without question and seamlessly. The planning and preparation was all done around Christmas and New Year where her suppliers were closed, but Denise made light of the challenges she must have been facing.

Denise made the sad and emotional process of burying my dear mother stress free, taking the worry of things such as Order of Service booklets, flowers etc. she responded with 'All sorted'. Nothing ever seemed too much problem.

Denise Wellington Funeral Services provided an extremely professional service, great communication throughout, very smartly dressed with Cornish Tartan, sympathetic and easy to work with. I highly recommend their services.

Denise and her team were so kind, understanding, and respectful of our choices and wishes. As Denise and her team are local and are working with local families, it was so lovely that she knew our father was able to chat to us about him which made her service more personal. We knew our dad was in safe hands. 
Denise was so patient with us, respecting that we were grieving but also supporting us to manage to process of arranging his funeral, flowers and everything thing else. We had an amazing Celebrant Bob Spry which Denise had recommended.
Denise and her team have looked after my daughter, our mother and lastly our father. She is one amazing lady.
