Denise was initially there when we needed her - those hard days at the start of the process, she offered great advice and in a very professional and comforting way. Her understanding of Mum's plan was excellent as you would expect, but her understanding on Mum's intentions and thought process, and her ability to put that into words we understood was even better. On the day of the funeral everything was organized perfectly, everyone who needed t be informed was informed, obituaries and all those things that we didn't think of were quietly taken care of with a call to us first then discrete professional action. Dad found out he has a plan with Denise too - he was pleased to learn of it and is happy he will be looked after too.

Denise and her colleagues were so caring and attentive during a difficult time following my mum’s passing. They made the hard process of trying to make arrangements for my mum so much easier during a stressful and upsetting time. I’ll never be able to thank them enough for taking care of mum and making the day run so smoothly.

From the first phone call to Denise to the end of the funeral Denise has been friendly, efficient, respectful  and professional. 
The death of my brother has been very difficult and at the same time supporting my Mum but Denise has made a very emotional and sad process a little easier.
