Denise helped to provide such a lovely funeral service for our mum. She was so supportive and understanding leading up to it and at no point was anything too much trouble if we needed any guidance or had queries regarding the funeral. We all felt a lot more at ease knowing Denise and her staff were looking after mum. Highly recommended x

This is the second occasion in less than 2 years I have had to call on the services of Denise and her team and on both occasions I cannot think of any way things could have been better handled. Denise is warm, compassionate and very efficient. You know immediately that you are in very good and capable hands. We were gently led through the processes involved and throughout she or her team made themselves readily available for any queries or requests we might have. Everything we wanted was made possible, however unusual the request - from a home burial to taking a coffin out to the cliffs on a tractor and trailer before burial. When we were unable to read out things we wanted said, she took over that role for us and was able to recommend an excellent celebrant for the post burial celebration of life. I cannot recommend her service too highly.

Dad had told me about Denise some time ago and from the moment I called her I knew why. She handled all the business of taking Dad into her care at her lovely peaceful funeral home with exactly the right balance of dignity, love and humour. Few of us become familiar with organizing funerals, but Denise was able to gently, but confidently lead my daughter and me through the whole process. We presented her with some partially formed plans of how we wanted to celebrate my wife’s passing and, with Denise’s advice and guidance, the whole event was a delightful success.
Every question was answered, every request was met, nothing was too much trouble, and all was accomplished with such care and empathy that it felt that Denise became part of our family.
Denise and her team deserve the highest recommendations on two counts - organizing, administering, and conducting the funeral arrangements - and her natural ability to balance sobriety and her endearing charm with all family members at a difficult emotional time.

Denise conducted my husband's funeral earlier this week. She was most efficient and attended to everything I wished. She was a pleasure to work with to ensure that my wishes for Harry's funeral were carried out to the letter. I would not hesitate in mentioning her name to anyone who required the services of an undertaker. I think she really enjoys her work and was so kind and sympathetic to me and my family.
