Excellent service, support, kindness and sincere empathy from the very first time we contacted them!  My Dad, Myself and our family cannot praise Roberts Brothers enough! At such an awful time, we were treated with the upmost care and empathy. knowing how extremely busy they must be, at no point did we ever feel rushed, Nothing at all was too much trouble! Richard  took time to listen to everything and continued to support and help us through every detail. Over the time we have met his lovely wife & Son who also treated us with exactly the same care, as did  Phil and all the other members of staff My Dear Mum’s funeral was a beautiful and personal send off, honestly could not of asked for anything better!! Thank you so much! A truly outstanding service supplied by you in hounor of someone so very Dear and special!

Excellent service from start to finish. 
Roberts Bros were considerate, sensitive and practical. 
My father’s funeral was a beautiful send off for him and I couldn’t have asked for a better, more personal and professional service.

They were. Very good and explained everything clearly and no trouble answering any queries you had. They made everything run smoothly,  Helpful and mentioned things that at that  particular time you don't think about.  And made suggestions when you were not sure what was right. Because we didn't want religious service they explained all the options that were available. They put us in touch with a celebrant who did a civil service, and he too was very good, and made sure the service was about my son, and it was a celebration of his life.

Although my family have used Roberts Bros for years, it was my first experience of liaising and arranging a funeral first hand.

Roberts Bros where totally professional from start to finish and were there at anytime should you need them. I always felt at ease and although as a business they deal with many deaths, they always dealt with you personally.

I cannot thank you all enough, you helped me and my family through this very difficult time in the most wonderful way possible.

Phil from Roberts bros came out to speak to us as a family about what we wanted for my Dad's funeral. We didn't know anything about organising a funeral and he talked us through the whole process and offered suggestions when necessary. If it wasn't for him, we wouldn't have known about the cemetry we used which was the perfect setting. I know everyone at the conpany that my Mum dealt with were lovely and made this difficult time as easy as could be. They are also very reasonably priced.
