Whilst being the consummate professionals, they never lose sight of the fact that we, the client, have lost a loved one. All of the staff were attentive and dealt with us sensitively. Nothing was too much trouble for them to arrange. Our wishes were carried out to our exact requirements, and the whole experience was made more bearable because of their outstanding service. Would thoroughly recommend.

The care and compassion shown to us at this very sad time was genuine and deeply appreciated, and Richard's guidance and support were invaluable when making arrangements for Mum's funeral. We take great comfort in knowing that Mum had such a lovely send off.

Could not ask for more from this funeral directors, it's like talking to my own family, nothing is to much trouble, they sorted everything when my dad passaway last week, and they did the same for my mum when she passed five years ago.if you want as we all want it to be as stress free as possible, these are the people to deal with.

Lovely people who made a horrible time that bit easier, knowing everything was in safe hands nothing was too much trouble everything was perfect and just as requested, their added touches ment a lot to us, Richard Roberts was lovely and so helpful we'd never been through anything like this before so all his help and advice was much appreciated. Beautiful cars and such a lovely place calm and peacefull when we went to visit our uncle, very modern and up to date. Thank you

Very professional people and a pleasure to do business with. Would definitely recommend. Made a very sad and difficult time much easier to deal with due to the professionalism and compassion from Roberts brothers.
