Roberts were a pleasure to work with during the planning and arranging of my mother’s funeral last week. The care they took in attending to detail and giving us options and time, and explaining different ideas was exceptional. The funeral was made much easier due to the care that they took. Also we did not feel under any pressure to spend money on anything we did not want.

Richard and Sue and staff; just to say how delighted we all were with the professionalism and dignity that you conducted Elizabeth's funeral on Wednesday 24th April at Pentre Bychan. Visitors from quite far afield were impressed enough to come up to us at the Golf Club and comment on how sympathetic the whole service had been. I have tried on numerous occasions to telephone the officiating minister Chris, but he seems never to be at home. I would appreciate it if you could convey my thanks for his involvement and clarity of speech which was very well received amongst my older relatives. After going through the devastating news of losing our mother-in-law/Nana and Husband/Father within 10 days of each other, Rich and his colleagues at Roberts Bros were empathetic throughout the whole process, ensuring every minor detail was made perfect.

Richard and Philip are two of the nicest people you could ever wish to meet. They understand just how overwhelming it is to say a final goodbye to a loved one and do everything they can to ensure your wishes are carried out. They go above and beyond to help with every aspect of the funeral arrangements and the office staff are always on the end of the phone to answer any questions.
I cannot recommend them highly enough and would certainly not contemplate using any other funeral director.

I have meant to write this review since the sad loss of my Mother last year; the time taken to do it should not be seen as a reflection on Roberts’ services in any way but the difficultly of going back to such an event.
I can only thank again all of those involved in Mum’s funeral. From the morning when staff came to take Mum after her sudden and unexpected death to the moment they left our service after the  funeral they provided the highest standard of service and care to Mum and all our family. Every member of staff we came into contact with appeared genuinely concerned to make Mum’s  funeral and all of us feel supported, respected, looked after and

Sadly, over the years, I’ve had to use funeral directors twice and both times we’ve picked this wonderful family run Company. They are beyond kind, nothing is too much trouble and they help with anything they can. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. I hope they realise, how much of a Godsend they are, at such a dark time in your life.

The whole procedure from start to finish went without a hitch, which includes the information and help before the Cremation to the organisation of the Wake afterwards. I can not speak to highly of their services. They were recommended to me and I would not hesitate to do the same. Thank you Howard.
