Our mother requested in advance that we engage Roberts Bros for her funeral and we now fully understand why. From the outset they were professional, friendly and efficient at every contact, but were also very personable and engaging whoever we spoke to.
The funeral service and burial locations were over 30 miles apart but Roberts Bros dealt with all the logistics seamlessly and in a humane manner.
Two good examples of the above are as follows: One of the brothers had actually driven the country route between the venues and visited the remote cemetery within 24 hours of us engaging them to make sure everything would work well. Similarly when mourners were delayed in arriving at the cemetery on the day of the burial service Mr Roberts made it clear that the delays would be no problem whatsoever and that time would not be an issue.
Funerals are never a happy time but our Mam's funeral was attended by a lot of friends and family and acquaintances at both locations and many of them commented on how well the day had gone and how it had been a nice way to say goodbye.

Roberts Bros have arranged both my husband's and my mother's funerals within the past 6 weeks. Both funerals were organised in such a friendly and personal way, with utmost professionalism.
The services offered are excellent and top quality. Everything is thought of for you at a time you need the help.
The staff are all caring and helpful, nothing is too much trouble.
I would recommend them to anyone.

I cannot thank Roberts Brothers enough! Especially Phil! He made sure everything was took care of, there were no stresses and made everything really easy at this difficult time of losing my dad. He met my needs whatever I requested, nothing was too much for them! Everybody I spoke to on the phone was polite, professional, very respectful and understanding! Excellent family run business who made this difficult time not so stressful! The funeral was perfect I couldn't have wanted it any other way for my dad. So thank you to you all.

Richard was very helpful. He ensured everything ran smoothly. His calm and soothing manner comforted us when he met us to make arrangements. The office staff at the end of the phone are very helpful and easy to talk to, dealing sympathetically with any enquiry. I am also very grateful to the caterer. The refreshments were excellent.
The family wish to thank everyone involved with my dad's funeral for making the day run smoothly.

Roberts brothers were amazing. They gently and respectfully​ guided us through the difficult process of losing a loved one.
From taking my dad away on the night he died, making him look serene, smart and sleeping for us to see him one last time, to the day of the funeral itself, discreetly on hand to help.
They gently advised and organised everything, leaving us to deal with our grief.
Nothing was too much trouble.
My dad had a wonderful send off.

I could not thank Roberts bros enough for the lovely send off they gave my dad. They were very support with myself and my family. They took great care of my dad and went out of their way to make my dad's funeral just how we wanted and i also had tears in my eyes as they went the extra mile and had my dad's favorite football team logo on his coffin. Thank you so much for everything you have done for us.
