I cannot thank everyone at Coggles enough for doing my Mum’s funeral on the 14/02/25
From the moment we walked into Coggles we were made so welcome, it was my 2 daughters (both in their early 20’s) first experience of anything like this and it was made so much easier by Coggles, we were all very well looked after, my Mum was treated with the utmost respect at all times, nothing was too much bother, Coggles sorted everything out and the communication was extremely good, my Mum had a wonderful send off which meant everything to myself and my family and the staff are so friendly and professional at all times. I would like to make a special mention to Sam, Clair and Sarah at the Wisbech branch and Nikki from the Downham Market branch for all your support and going the extra mile, myself and my family are forever grateful to you all. I honestly can’t recommend a better company to anyone going through such a difficult time .

From start to finish the care, support and respect they showed towards us as a family was second to none.
They supported me unconditionally when my husband died, and I can't praise those girls highly enough.
And the care, respect and dignity that they gave my husband whilst he was in their care was incredible.
They guided me through the process, and nothing was too much trouble. They supported our family through the most difficult time of our lives, and we will be forever grateful.

Coggles have directed both my Mother's and my Father's funerals. On both occasions They were most professional. Extremely well organised with prompt communication and excellent step by step advice. They provided a service that was compassionate caring and understanding to our needs. I cannot praise them enough, as I feel they went above and beyond what would normally have been expected at this very difficult time. A special thank must go to Claire whose support was exemplary.

I recently had the difficult task of arranging a funeral, and I can not speak highly enough of the outstanding service provided by Sam and Clare ( Wisbech Branch) and the entire team at AJ Coggles From the very beginning, they were compassionate, attentive, and highly professional, going above and beyond to ensure every detail was handled with care.

On the day of the service, an unexpected situation arose where individuals who were not meant to attend arrived and attempted to disrupt the proceedings, challenging the wishes of the deceased. Despite this difficult and tense situation, Sam remained calm, composed, and incredibly supportive. They expertly navigated the situation, advocating for the wishes of the deceased with the utmost respect and sensitivity. Their ability to manage this delicate situation while maintaining the dignity of the ceremony was truly remarkable.
I am deeply grateful for the compassion, strength, and guidance they provided during such an emotionally challenging time.

I wholeheartedly recommend AJ Coggles to anyone in need of funeral services. Their commitment to excellence and their genuine care for the families they serve is evident in everything they do.

Can’t recommend highly enough. 
Sarah, Claire and Sam have been wonderful. Caring humans who treated me as an individual- no robots feigning sympathy here thank goodness. Made a very hard time much easier for me. 
I explained I didn’t  want mum to be looked after by too many people so I met with the one person that would and I felt at ease.

Excellent service by this family business. A special thank you to Claire who looked after me with care and compassion. She was also a wonder with my mum. The way they treated my dad throughout his time with them and during the actual burial was with real care. Also a big thank you to Sam who took care of events on the day. Arranging my husband's funeral on my own could have been even more of an ordeal than usual - but all the staff at A J Coggles were so understanding and helpful I felt at ease in their lovely home. The staff were always accommodating and I was given all the time I needed. The service was exactly as I wanted because the staff listened so well and made such helpful suggestions. Everyone at the funeral said how moved they were by the service and how it really celebrated my husband's life and left them feeling thankful to have known him. Absolutely faultless organisation.
