Once again a 5 star service from Caerphilly Funeral Services. I have been supported by them on 2 previous bereavments . A very professional and sympathetic to the needs of the family in all aspects. All quietly dignified I would have no hesitation in recommending their services to all who have to go through this very final end to a journey for your precious loved ones. Fantastic service, very professional and nothing is too much trouble. Lovely fleet of cars and Mandy and Sue in the office are very helpful. From the very first meet with Dean to the service, everything was handled with sympathy and care. I have used CFS for mum and dad and was very happy with the service.

We’d just like to express our utmost gratitude not only for yesterday but over the last couple of weeks. The compassion you showed when dealing with our family in such difficult circumstances was such a comfort. Yesterday's Service was just what we wanted: from bringing Dad home, to taking us to the Crematorium, then onto the wake you showed such professionalism.

The Humanist Celebrant Mike Reynolds, was excellent and knew exactly what we wanted. From the way he talked about Dad you'd have thought he'd known him for years! Could you please pass on our gratitude to your wonderful Team.

After my dad died several people went out of their way to recommend Caerphilly Funeral Services to us. There seemed to be a powerful consensus among friends and family that these were the best in Caerphilly by a good margin.

Everything went according to plan and the feedback we've had from everyone about the funeral was very positive. As well as being helpful and professional in every way we never had the sense of anyone trying to sell us something we did not need or want, which is a criticism I've heard about the experience of organising a funeral from others.

My brother and I organised the funeral between us and we both wanted to be part of every decision, and this was handled really well with all e-mails being copied to us both and their being patient as we took time to work out what options we wanted.

So on a five star system, they have to be a five.

I would like to thank everyone at Caerphilly Funeral Services for all their help through a difficult time for our family.
Mandy in the office was always on hand to give advice and assistance when needed. I like to thank James personally for helping us make the experience one that we will remember fondly, everything I asked him to do was not a problem. James and his team were very professional, but were also happy to go along with everything requested of them.
