Cowleys have always been our funeral directors of choice. They continue to offer a sensitive service. This time as no different. The only issue we had related to the staff shortages and this meant that we were often put through to an alternative office. This caused delay and often we spoke with people who did not know our case sometimes causing us a little upset. They were still kind though. We of course understand the issues with staff shortages at this time. The day itself went without a hitch and was as lovely as these things can be.

I highly recommend JS Cowley as they couldn't be more helpful and willing to assist in all stages of the arrangements, working together with the funeral arranger and celebrant services to provide a special and unique committal to remember.
