Standard Simple Funeral

Service includes:

This is what Co-op Funeralcare offer as part of their Simple Funeral:

They will remove your loved one from their place of death into their care within a 50 mile radius
If death occurs out of normal working hours, at home or in a care home, they will remove your loved one into their care, out of hours, at no extra cost
They will prepare, care for and dress your loved one in a gown to match the interior of their Basic Coffin
Your loved one will rest in their mortuary facility, or if required, a private rest room in their funeral home
You’ll be able to visit your loved one during normal working hours at no additional charge
They will transport your loved one from the funeral home to the crematorium or burial site in a ceremonial vehicle of their choice
On the day of the funeral, a wheeled bier will be used or the family can bear the coffin
They will make all necessary arrangements for a dignified funeral
Your funeral director will be there at the funeral to support and guide you through the funeral

I am very pleased with the service I received from beginning to end. I have never had to do anything like this before and the staff were so helpful. They gave me time to have a cry or a moan and they helped with everything that was unsure of. I never felt rushed or uncomfortable in any way. Carrie, Hollie, Julie and Emma are all amazing. I cannot thank them enough.

Such wonderful people , Carrie ( please excuse me if I have her name wrong but due to circumstances I wasn’t focusing properly ) she was amazing such a kind lady who sat with me and listened when needed too . This lady is from Milton Keynes branch in Bletchley . Tracey and the funeral directors were so caring on the day of my mums cremation , Tracey was wonderful to me as I was so distraught throughout the service , so I truly thank Tracey for that . She looked absolutely amazing so smart and professional and of course the other gentleman with her . Tracey gave me a rose from my mums spray that was on the coffin , if I could of hugged her I would of done . Such a professional funeral Directors and I would give them a 1000 per cent . Thankyou to all of you, I know it’s your job but the way it was all handled was with care and tenderness . Thankyou for looking after my lovely mum whilst in your care it made me feel at peace knowing she was still being respected . You were all Amazing you truly were ❤️❤️

I would highly recommend the Bletchley branch. Carrie was so clear in her communication with us, but also professional and supportive, especially on the day of visiting my Aunt in the Chapel of Rest.
The funeral day itself went smoothly, Tracey was immaculate as were the pull bearers and vehicles.
To use one word to describe my Aunt’s last journey it would be ‘elegant’ which is what she, at 96, would have wanted.
