Absolutely superb service from all the staff working at CoOp Funeral Care Westbury on Trym. Emilia, Geoff and his team and Helen were super helpful and super professional at all times. The flowers provided by CoOp Redfield were simply stunning.

On the day of the funeral the family were obviously apprehensive but with support of Geoff and his team, the amazing funeral service lead by Peter and the clear effort of Emilia and Peter leading up to the service it felt as though a huge weight had been lifted from our shoulders and we could spend our time celebrating the life of Marcia without having to worry about anything to do with the service itself.

A huge “Thank you” to everyone one involved.

The Co-op provided exceptional and sensitive service at the time of our tragic loss. We experienced professionalism and warmth as they helped us to prepare for a fitting ceremony. On the day, the director led us through the stages of the funeral with skill and compassion. The service provided by the Co-op helped us to navigate this stage of our grief and enabled us to say goodbye to the body of our loved one.

Throughout the process there has been excellent communication from the staff. My uncle's funeral went exactly as I hoped it would - a respectful and dignified tribute to him.

Not particularly happy.  
A few things didn't go as expected.  Already spoken with the funeral director, about this.
Still wondering what has happened to the gravestone, as Bristol Cems and Crems say they havent authorised its removal, and we don't know where it currently is, or what is happening with it.  Do you?  
Also the information given to me regarding the ashes interment procedure at Canford, appears to be substantially different from the instructions from Bristol Crems and Cems.

Right from first contact nothing could be faulted ,the person nominate to look after us Alex made everything straight forward ,Alex organised everything we needed her professional competence was outstanding and full of compassion at the most difficult time for myself and my sibling 
To say our mothers funeral was a joy is not to underestimate the amount of organisation that made it faultless .
