Hendon Cemetery and Crematorium
About Us
Hendon Cemetery and Crematorium, which dates back to 1903, is located in the Barnet area of London and is owned and operated by the Borough Council.
The two chapels at the crematorium are suitable for services of any faith or culture. Their music system is ideal for songs off the internet, a CD or MP3 player. For more traditional music, an organ is also available. There is also webcasting capabilities in both chapels for those who are unable to attend the service.
The Hendon Cemetery and Crematorium offers many different options for commemorative markers and plaques for your loved one. A sanctum or mausoleum vault can be obtained to store a casket of ashes, or plaques can be displayed in the Memorial Barbican or upon vase blocks in the Gardens of Remembrance.
A TFL bus stop is at the end of the cemetery drive, and the nearest tube station is Mill Hill East. Cars may park along the drive, but please take care to not park on the grass.
